Non Selling Vendor or Organization Registration

The 2023 British Faire and Tea will be held on November 11th 2023 at the Abdallah Shrine Temple, 5300 Metcalf Avenue, Overland Park, Kansas.

Complete the following form and submit online. Once your application has been submitted and calculated you will receive confirmation by email and PayPal invoice which can be paid with a credit card , PayPal or you can mail a check. Because of the nature of the British Faire new non-selling vendors will be subject to approval. Please advise the nature of your business in the comments section. You will be advised by email upon approval by committee.

The center will be open on Friday, November 10th 2023 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm to allow for booth set up. The doors will then open again on Saturday morning at 8am for additional set up. The Faire doors open at 10am to the public so all vendors must be set up by 9:30am. The Faire doors will close at 3pm and vendors must be packed up by 4:30pm.​

Booth size is 10 X 8 and includes 1-8 foot table and 2 chairs
∙ There is a limit to two spaces you can rent.
∙ Tables must be skirted and the skirts must reach the floor.
∙ Additional tables can be rented for $10.00 per table. Small card tables and displays will
be allowed as long as they fit in the 10 x 8 booth space.
∙ All tables and displays must fit within the 10 x 8 booth space.
∙ You will not be able to hang anything on the walls with tape or command hooks. You will also not be able to use anything on the table that could damage the finish like tape or pins.

Any non-selling vendor that sells items in their booth will be charged the vendor’s fee which is $50.00 for sales between $0 and $500.00 or 10% of their total sales for sales over $500.00. You are free to give away anything you like, but sales are not allowed.

We will be offering Vendor’s Tea in a box this year which will start to be delivered around 12:30 pm. The tea consists of finger sandwiches, savories, sweets and a refillable cup of English Tea. The vendor teas need to be ordered in advance as we will not have enough food to fill Vendor Tea orders the day of the Faire.

Full refunds will only be issued if you cancel your registration before October 14th, 2023 in writing. ​
