Magna Carta

The Magna Carta chapter was founded in 1976. We meet on the third Saturday of the month at the Leawood Pioneer Library. Our members are from all parts of the Kansas City Metropolitan area with a larger number being from the southeast area of the city but we welcome ladies from any area of the city.

 

We hold our annual spring Shakespeare Tea with the Royal Arms Chapter and several other organizations. In the fall we participate in the Annual British Faire with all the other DBE chapters. We support the British Home and local charities including Rose Brooks and the Happy Bottoms Diaper Program through the money we raise during the year.
