Welcome New Vendors & Organization

Because of the nature of the British Faire new vendors/organizations will be subject to approval.  Please advise the nature of your business in the comments section.  You will be advised by email upon approval by committee. 

The 2019 British Faire and Tea will be held on November 16, 2019 at the Abdallah Shrine Temple, 5300 Metcalf Avenue, Overland Park, Kansas.  

The center will be open on Friday, November 15th, 2019, 2pm to 8pm to allow to set up booths.  The doors will then open again on Saturday morning, November 16th, 8am for additional set up time.  

The Faire doors will open at 10:00 am to the public so all organizations must be set up by 9:30 am.  The Faire doors will close at 4:00 pm and organizations must be packed up by 5:30 pm.

Booth size is 10 X 10 and includes 1-8 foot table and 2 chairs


    ∙ There is no limit to the number of spaces you can rent.
    ∙ Tables must be skirted and the skirts must reach the floor. If you do not skirt your table
       we will have a limited number of skirts available for $5.00 per skirt.
    ∙ Additional tables can be rented for $10.00 per table. Small card tables and displays will
       be allowed as long as they fit in the 10 x 10 booth space.
    ∙ All tables and displays must fit within the 10 x 10 booth space.
    ∙ You will not be able to anything on the walls with tape of command hooks.  You will also not

       be able to use anything on the table that could damage the finish like tape or pins.

We will be offering Vendor’s Teas this year which will start to be delivered at 12:30 pm. The tea consists

of finger sandwiches, savories, sweets and a refillable cup of English Tea. The vendor teas need
to be ordered in advance as we will not have enough food to fill Vendor Tea orders the day of the Faire.

Since new vendors/organizations may become aware of the Faire after the July 31 early bird rate cut off date we will offer the early bird rate for first time participants after the cut off date.    

All selling vendors and selling organizations are responsible for paying the vendor fee.  For sales $0 to $500.00 the vendor fee is $50.00. For sales over $500.00 the fee is 10% percent of the total gross sales. The vendor fee will be collected at the end of the Faire on November 16th, 2019.  If your vendor fee is not turned in that day you may not be invited to participate in the 2020 Faire.  If you are not selling anything this does not apply.

Complete the following form and submit online or you can print the attached pdf. application form and send in payment.   Once the electronic application has been submitted you will receive confirmation by email and PayPal invoice which can be paid online with a credit card or PayPal.

Full refunds will only be issued if you cancel your registration before October 1, 2019 in writing.
